ヘテロナノ組織を導入したSUS316LN鋼の高速度変形挙動を調査した．シャルピー衝撃試験の結果，試験温度の低下に伴い,エネルギー吸収量は増加したが，変形速度を増加させるとほとんど温度依存性がみられなくなった．
