摩擦攪拌プロセス,低炭素鋼,残留応力,残留オーステナイト,超硬合金

FSP中のWC系超硬合金ツールの摩耗によって，WとCが鋼表層に固溶され，固溶強化とともに圧縮残留応力が生成される．本研究では，圧縮残留応力の発生機構と残留オーステナイトの影響について明らかにする．
