本研究では，マルテンサイト逆変態開始温度 (A_s) が同じでありβ相安定性が等しいが，組成の異なるTi-Mo-Al合金を用いて，等温時効におけるω相安定性に及ぼす合金組成の影響を明らかにすることを目的とした．
