本研究では、高生体適合性、高レントゲン造影性などの医療材、生体材料への応用には、Ta元素を添加した共析近傍のTi-Au-Cr合金を開発すると共に、それらの微細構造、相変態、機械特性、機能性などの基礎を解明した。
