[P46] Ab-inito study on the structural transition barrier of Fe-doped and Cu-doped MnCoGe

MnCoGeは温度を下げていくと、六⽅構造から斜⽅構造へ構造転移を起こし常磁性状態から強磁性状態へ磁気転移を起こす。12.5%のFe置換やCu置換を計算し、構造転移障壁にどのような影響を与えるかについて報告する。
