機械学習を利用した画像処理技術を用いて、SEM画像からMoSiBTiC合金のミクロ組織の特徴を定量的に評価することを目指す。合金中の構成相をそれぞれ分離するため、機械学習を交えて画像セグメンテーションを行った。
