[S6.7] The effect of light irradiation on the (0001) plane of wurtzite semiconductor crystals

(0001)面方位を有するZnOおよびGaNの単結晶基板に対して光環境制御下でナノインデンテーション試験を実施した．ウルツ鉱型構造の錐面すべりが活動すること，さらに光環境が錐面すべりを抑制することを見出した．
