Nb系合金であるNb-TiNi及びNb-TiCo合金はPdに代わる水素透過合金として期待されている．そこでNb₃₀Ti₃₅Co₃₅合金の圧延・熱処理による水素透過度の変化と結晶方位との関係について考察した．
