ODS鋼の優れた性能を引き出すY₂Ti₂O₇の最適化、湿式ボールミリングおよび焼結法を適用したサンプル調製プロセスを達成し、95%の相対密度のY₂Ti₂O₇の高い純度が実現し、 結晶中の欠陥は少ないサンプルを得た。
