ThMn₁₂-type structure,Sm(Fe_0.8Co_0.2)₁₂-B thin film,Coercivity,Microfabrication,Electron-beam lithography

ThMn₁₂型構造を有するSm(Fe_0.8Co_0.2)₁₂-B薄膜に対し、EBリソグラフィ装置およびArイオンエッチング装置を用いて微細加工を行い、B₄Cキャップの成膜及び熱処理を行うことで保磁力の向上が確認された。
