[P75] Effects of Edge Dislocations on the Conductivity of Lithium Niobate Head-Head Domain Walls

We synthesized various LiNbO₃ bicrystals. Under specific conditions, domain walls show higher conductivity than the bulk region, likely due to the influence of domain walls and dislocations.
