本研究では、遊星型ボールミル装置を用いて、Fe粉末とNi粉末に窒素源のNH₄ClまたはNH₄NO₃を加えてミリングを行い、試料を作製することで、(Fe_0.5Ni_0.5)₁₆N₂を合成する方法を検討した。
