水素透過合金であるV_25.5Ti₃₅Ni_39.5合金，V₃₈Ti₄₁Co₄₁合金は，75%圧延後に1373 Kで1時間熱処理をすると粒状化した．両合金ともドメイン内の粒状相と母相はcube-on-cubeの関係であった．
