[P98]Synthesis of N/P-type semiconductor heterojunctions for FTO-based dye-sensitized solar cells by one-pot method

N/P-type semiconductor heterojunction structure can be successfully synthesized by one-pot SPSC method. The material has shown excellent solar light absorptance and significant photo-induced response.
