[P5]Improvement of coercivity for SmCo₅ thin films by the combined addition of Cr and Cu

SmCo₅薄膜において、CrまたはCuの添加により主相のピーク強度の増加及び保磁力の増加が確認された。さらに、Cr及びCuの複合添加により保磁力が大幅に増加し4Tを超える非常に大きな値が得られた。
