金属材料の成形性に関わる加工硬化は転位増殖に基づくが、Al-Mg-Si系合金ではAl母相中のMg-Si系析出物が転位増殖に影響を及ぼす。本合金の冷間圧延に伴う転位増殖を解析し、析出物と転位の相互作用を考察する。
