Si添加Fe3O4薄膜を作製し、次いで大気中熱処理を行い、Fe3O4の相転移と熱処理温度の関係を検討した。その結果、2.8at.%Siを添加して得られたγ-Fe2O3は比較的高温でも熱安定性を発現することが明らかになった。
