Fe/Nb,Moの長時間熱処理により各拡散対界面でLaves相が確認された。そこで、Fe20Crで同様の実験を行いLaves相形成の違いを比較した。また、Laves相に対しナノインデンテーション試験を行い組成依存性を調べた。
