L-PBF製Al–2.5Fe–2Cu合金において、DIC解析によりひずみの局在と勾配を評価した。溶融池境界の粗大組織は硬さが低く、ひずみ集中が顕著であり、凝固条件の違いが変形挙動に影響することが示された。
