本研究では、放電プラズマ焼結および熱処理の過程で形成する酸化物相と残存するε相がβ-FeSi_₂基合金の熱電特性に及ぼす影響を明らかにすることと、熱処理過程における酸化物相の形成メカニズムの解明を目指した。
