65Mo-5Si-10B-10TiC (at%)で構成されるMoSiBTiC合金は、高温強度とクリープ耐性に優れる一方、室温破壊靭性が低く加工性が課題。有限要素解析でミクロ組織がき裂挙動に与える影響を調査し、材料設計最適化を目指す。
