50.8Ni–Ti(mol%)チューブ材を用い、低温長時間の熱処理が超弾性特性に及ぼす影響を調査した。結果、応力ヒステリシスの増加や塑性変形応力の向上が確認され、微細なNi₄Ti₃が要因であると推察された。
