本研究では、ODS銅合金中の分散粒子の緻密化、均一化を図るために、ガスアトマイズCu-Y-Zr合金粉末をＭＡ法の出発原料として製造して用いた。また、WO₃の添加による、ODS銅合金の組織に及ぼす影響を明らかになった。
