Si_xFe_3-xO₄粉末の大気中熱処理による構造変化と粒径サイズの関係の検討を行った。その結果、熱処理により相転移したγ-Fe₂O₃（粒径サイズ0.75µm）は比較的高温（673K）でも熱安定を発現する。
