Using the Curtin model based on solid-solution strengthening, we developed a single-phase bccHEA of the highest strength, however, discrepancies were observed between the experimental and caluculated strengths. In this study, we improved the accuracy of the model by modifyng it with a focus on atomic size, a key factor governing the applied stress.
