Microstructures of Ti₂₅Pd₅₀Zr₂₅ and Ti₅₀Pd₃₄Fe₁₆ alloys were analyzed by CTEM and HAADF-STEM. Lattice modulation related to the mixing enthalpy was observed in both alloys, suggesting association with H-phase precipitation in the 25Zr alloy and the premartensitic state in the 16Fe alloy.
