The mechanical stability and creep properties of an EB-PBF-fabricated β-containing TiAl alloy were investigated. The alloy maintained high strength after high-temperature exposure and exhibited superior creep properties compared with a conventional TiAl alloy. Furthermore, β/γ interface was identified as the primary cause of creep fracture.
