Oxygen-added β-containing TiAl alloys fabricated by EB-PBF were controlled via two-step heat treatment. Introducing grain-boundary β phase by β+α solution treatment suppressed oxygen rejection and oxide formation during aging, giving an excellent strength–ductility balance.
