先行研究では，金属材料にはひずみ速度強化と転位強化という2つの異なる強化機構が存在することが報告されている一方，それらに対応した転位組織形成の違いは十分明らかになっていない．そこで本研究では，転位動力学シミュレーションを用いて両強化機構における転位発展挙動を比較し，その違いを明らかにした．
