This study examined high-temperature compression and post-deformation microstructures of fully eutectic-like MoSiBTiC alloys. TiC enrichment from Mo₂C decomposition and coarsening improved high-temperature strength, while dynamic recrystallization of the Mo solid-solution phase likely caused post-peak flow softening.
