[P128] Solidification of Al₂O₃/Er₃Al₅O₁₂ Eutectic in a Water Vapor Environment

Rapid solidification for Al₂O₃/Er₃Al₅O₁₂eutectic was performed in a water vapor atmosphere. The effect of humidity on the eutectic microstructure and pore formation was investigated. As humidity increased, both the number of pores and the porosity increased. And a morphological change from isolated pores to oriented pores was observed.
