This study investigated the optimization of sputtering conditions for a B2(CoAl)-based equilibrium coating to improve the oxidation resistance of Co-based superalloys. Coatings prepared under various sputtering conditions were evaluated by oxidation tests to examine coating composition, adhesion, and oxidation resistance.
