[P145]Structural Analysis and Magnetic Properties of MnZnSb1-xSnx, MnZn1-ySiySb Alloys

In this study, MnZnSb alloys with the Cu2Sb-type crystal structure were investigated. To improve the saturation magnetization and Curie temperature, Sn and other elements were substituted for Zn or Sb to modify the crystal lattice. The relationship between the crystal structure and magnetic properties was also discussed based on Rietveld analysis.
