He-ion irradiation was applied to Fe–Cr epitaxial films, and their structural and magnetic changes were examined using XRD, TEM, VSM, GISAXS, and XMCD at SPring-8. The results show regularly distributed cavities and antiparallel alignment of Fe and Cr magnetic moments.
