To reinforce Ag electrical contacts, graphene/Ag composites were fabricated via hetero-agglomeration, SPS, and hot extrusion. Hot extrusion induced directional alignment of graphene, increasing tensile strength from 175 to 195 MPa while balancing improved electrical and mechanical performance.
