焼結拡散マルチプルを用いて多元素組成空間における熱電特性の組成依存性を計測する手法を提案する.各元素の粉末を混合,焼結した試料をアニールし,化学組成と熱電特性のマッピング分析を行った.また,試料表面にエポキシ樹脂を付着させ,目印として用いることで測定領域を一致させることが可能である.
