本研究は、酸化物単結晶への微粒子ショットピーニングによって生じる局所塑性変形および転位生成の挙動を調査するとともに、微粒子ショットピーニングを施した試料表層部に対して微小力学試験を行うことで、予め導入された転位がその後の変形・破壊挙動に与える効果を評価した。
