FeCoVCr films were fabricated with the aim of inducing bct structure through V addition and achieving high coercivity through Cr addition. However, high coercivity was not achieved. This is attributed to the cancellation of the effects of Cr and V, or the induction of the superparamagnetism caused by excessive formation of fine particles.
