In this study, SmCo₅ thin films and Cu-doped Sm(Co-Cu)₅ thin films were fabricated on polyimide substrates; the composition and doping elements were optimized, the thickness of the magnetic layer was varied, and the crystal structure and magnetic properties were investigated in detail.
