We investigated properties and structures of Ba1-xLaxF2+x using electric conductivity and neutron diffraction measurement .
Especially, x=0.5 indicated non-Arrhenius behavior and leaping structure parameter in high temperature. Furthermore, we visualized the nuclear density distribution using MEM.
