Materials for next-generation nuclear reactors must withstand high temperatures and intense irradiation. Although high-entropy ceramics have attracted attention, their irradiation behavior remains unclear. This study investigated irradiation-induced structural changes in HECs, HEBs, and their biphasic composites using Au ion irradiation.
