[P56] Elastic strain field of γ’ particles in Ni-based heat-resistant alloys

We evaluated the elastic strain fields around γ’ particles in Ni-Al-Si and Ni-Si-Fe alloys using the PED method. As a result, the strain fields extended up to about 40 nm in Ni-Al-Si and about 80 nm in Ni-Si-Fe, and it became clear that this depends on the shape of the γ’ particles and the difference in lattice constants.
