[P159] Preparation and magnetic properties of MnGa_1-xAl_xGe alloys

We focused on MnGaGe with a Cu₂Sb-type structure　featuring high magnetocrystalline anisotropy energy. To overcome its drawbacks of low saturation magnetization and Curie temperature, we fabricated Al-substituted alloys. We measured their magnetic properties and detailed the crystal structure via Rietveld analysis.
