We focused on MnGaGe with a Cu2Sb-type structure featuring high magnetocrystalline anisotropy energy. To overcome its drawbacks of low saturation magnetization and Curie temperature, we fabricated Al-substituted alloys. We measured their magnetic properties and detailed the crystal structure via Rietveld analysis.
