Local structural changes near Fe atoms in an Fe-45Cr alloy during spinodal decomposition were analyzed using XFH. Comparing solution-treated and aged samples confirmed that aging decreases the reconstructed peak's FWHM and shortens the distance between emitting Fe and neighboring atoms.
