La–Sr–Fe-based perovskite oxides exhibit high catalytic activity and durability through metal nanoparticle exsolution, making them promising electrodes for solid oxide cells. This study evaluates oxygen nonstoichiometry by coulometric titration to clarify the compositional dependence of exsolution behavior and structural stability.
