(Sn₁₋ₓAlₓ)P₂O₇ thin films were fabricated by spin coating for low-temperature SOFC electrolytes. The effects of Al doping on crystal structure and proton conductivity were investigated. XRD indicated lattice contraction due to Al incorporation, and the highest conductivity was obtained at x = 0.10.
