The purpose of this research was to reveal the local mechanical properties of GBs (grain boundaries) in the CrMnFeCoNi high-entropy alloy by nanoindentation and to clarify the GB structure and GB segregation of Σ3 GBs using HAADF-STEM observation and EDS analysis.
