[P235] Effects of decarburization on laser cladding of high-speed tool steel

高速度工具鋼のレーザ肉盛は、耐摩耗部材のコーティングや補修への適用が期待されるが、他の肉盛用材料と比較して肉盛層に気孔欠陥が発生しやすい課題がある。本研究では、高速度工具鋼のレーザ肉盛において、COガス発生にともなう気孔欠陥や、COガス発生による脱炭が肉盛層の微細組織や硬さに与える影響について調べた。
