This study evaluates pore formation and melt pool depth in Ti-6Al-4V LPBF using in-situ AE monitoring. AE signals were decomposed by VMD, and IMF features were compared with XCT and metallographic references. IMF RMS reflected pore counts, while IMF kurtosis indicated melt pool depth.
