To clarify the effect of microstructure on the Elinvar properties of antiferromagnetic FeMnMo alloys, the effects of annealing conditions on crystallographic texture and the temperature dependence of the dynamic elastic modulus were investigated by EBSD and dynamic elastic modulus measurements.
